  • About Radka Winwood

    Radka comes to Optomi with a wealth of sales and leadership experience in the IT staffing and services industry, both in the US and Europe. Coming from a background as a successful individual sales producer in the US, Radka was responsible for building and managing an IT staffing sales team for Interim Technology in London, before returning to the US to oversee the hiring and training of all sales nationally for Interim Technology. More recently, Radka ran her own firm focused on finding sales, recruiting and leadership talent for staffing firms. At Optomi, Radka is the VP of Sales and oversees day-to-day sales for our Atlanta headquarter operations and is actively involved in the overall sales strategy and the hiring of key sales talent across all our operations.

His ability to facilitate innovative solutions to customer challenges makes him a valuable asset for Optomi. Christen is known for driving business growth through strong brand strategy, messaging and identity. She has worked with music labels, celebrity chefs, national retailers, clothing designers and entrepreneurs in a variety of industries. Christen heads up all branding, marketing and creative for Optomi.

    Amber Gerard comes to Optomi with a strong background and successful track record in the staffing industry. She launched her career at Robert Half where she was a top performer and was promoted to the Division Director seat within the first year. She then took her career to the corporate side as Corporate Recruiter for Technisource. There, her talent for representing a company's culture and values were revealed.
    Amber's role at Optomi is diverse. As the Director of Corporate Relations, she oversees the recruitment of top talent for internal positions at Optomi and serves as the liason between Optomi executives and producers. In her variety of responsibilities, Amber embodies Optomi's culture as she interacts with external candidates and internal employees.

    Daniel Guelzo recently joined OPTOMI, LLC as the Director of Talent Development. He’s no newcomer to either training OR the staffing industry. He first recognized his passion for training while serving in the Navy as an Antisubmarine Air Control Instructor.

    Upon entering the staffing industry 17 years ago, he excelled in both sales and recruiting before moving in management to run branches, regional groups and startups.

    Having worked in both operational and financial roles at multiple companies, Adam D'Eramo comes to Optomi with a wide range of experience in technology and professional services. Adam began his career in Public Accounting at Habif, Arogeti & Wynne. He then started a successful consulting practice specializing in fast growth and early stage companies. Prior to joining Optomi, Adam ran the day-to-day financial operations of Atlanta’s popular tech based company, Scoutmob.
    Adam’s experience adds strong financial leadership at Optomi and valuable insight into the workings of the IT recruiting business. In his role as Optomi's Director of Finance, Adam oversees strategic financial planning and is actively involved in overall operations.

    Optomi's high-growth, fast-paced environment has allowed Ben to leverage his background in account development, operations and management to drive progress and growth. His strong analytical skills led to his promotion from Optomi's Detroit Managing Director to the Director of National Operations role. Ben supports all of the markets to help equip them with the tools and data necessary to continually propel them toward success.
