Consultant Of The Quarter – Q1 2016

For those of you who may not know, our Consultant of the Quarter award is a great way for us to publicly recognize a current consultant who exemplifies our core values in their daily work.

In addition to this blog, Michael will also be featured in our company newsletter. He has also been given the amazing opportunity to choose a charity for Optomi to donate $250 to. The charity chosen by Michael was the Special Olympics of Michigan and we are more than honored to contribute to this organization in his name.

Mike is Unique in the way he brings a level of energy to the Storage and Server team.  His storage engineering expertise and foresight is one of the best in the Michigan area.

Michael is… CONNECTED because:

Mike has worked for large companies like EMC, Trinity Health and GM. He is connected within the Storage community and this has lead to some great referrals for Optomi. Mike has been leading interviews from a storage perspective and was a deciding factor in our most recent placement. He is now a happy member of our Optomi family.

Michael is… GENUINE because:

Mike is genuine in his actions, he is truthful about what has worked and what hasn’t worked within the storage platform. He has maintained consistent communication with the Optomi Detroit team and we have development a great relationship.

Michael is… DEDICATED because:

Mike is dedicated to our client. He has been with us for 12 weeks averaging 47 hours a week. During this time period, our Storage Lead has been out on medical leave. Mike has engineered their 5TB of storage like a true professional and has single handedly kept the storage engineering team running.
