Consultant of the Quarter Q1 2021
It is our pleasure to announce that our Q1 Consultant of the Quarter is Program Manager – Steve Reynolds!
How Steve displayed Optomi’s Core Values:
Steve Reynolds was from my professional network and could not have come at a better time. We were redeveloping our working relationship with a client and had placed a Program Manager to lead their migration for their client’s acquisition. Our first candidate was doing OK but was not strategic enough. They asked for a replacement and Steve was the right candidate for the job.
Steve quickly jumped in and got the project back on track and was able to build immediate confidence for both the client and our client’s client. He’s done so well that the executive leadership opted to extend him for another year and he was recently given a similar role for another acquisition.
Innovation:
Steve’s innovative approach to project management was just what the project needed. The client’s leadership team talk often about Steve’s passion for change management.
Dedicated:
Steve has also been a big fan of Optomi and has referred several candidates we have already placed at other clients.
Each quarter, we honor an Optomi consultant for sharing our core values with a $250 award donation to the charity of their choice.
Steve has chosen North Fulton Community Charities in Roswell, GA as the charity of his choice.
