Consultant Of The Quarter – Q3 2020

The Consultant of the Quarter award is our way of publicly recognizing a current consultant who exemplifies our core values in their daily work.

It is our pleasure to announce that our Q3 Consultant of the Quarter is Site Reliability Engineer – David Hernandez!

How David displayed Optomi’s Core Values:

Innovative:
David is constantly finding new ways to attack problems. He’s able to quickly analyze the tools at his disposal and combine them in new ways to break down whatever barrier is in his way.

Passionate:
It’s not easy to jump head-first into a new programming language, methodologies and infrastructure. David is able to channel his passion for helping coworkers to power through and quickly adapt to his new position.

Connected:
David seems to make friends wherever he goes. He really cares about people and that shows in both his work and his interactions with stakeholders. With the relationships he’s formed, he’s able to quickly get to the heart of the conversation and figure out the best way to help them accomplish their goals.

Dedicated:
The second David learned he was a candidate for the promotion, he picked up some programming books and never put them down. Every other day he mentions a new, complex topic he’s jumping into and how he’s going to use that in his work

Each quarter, we honor an Optomi consultant for sharing our core values with a $250 award donation to the charity of their choice.

David has chosen the John Huntsman Cancer Foundation as the charity of his choice.
