While developing innovative programs and instituting key initiatives, Todd was able to contribute significantly to what became one of the largest IT staffing firms in the industry…having been a strong producer since it's inception.

    Daniel Guelzo recently joined OPTOMI, LLC as the Director of Talent Development. He’s no newcomer to either training OR the staffing industry. He first recognized his passion for training while serving in the Navy as an Antisubmarine Air Control Instructor.

    Upon entering the staffing industry 17 years ago, he excelled in both sales and recruiting before moving in management to run branches, regional groups and startups.

  • About Radka Winwood

    Radka comes to Optomi with a wealth of sales and leadership experience in the IT staffing and services industry, both in the US and Europe. Coming from a background as a successful individual sales producer in the US, Radka was responsible for building and managing an IT staffing sales team for Interim Technology in London, before returning to the US to oversee the hiring and training of all sales nationally for Interim Technology. More recently, Radka ran her own firm focused on finding sales, recruiting and leadership talent for staffing firms. At Optomi, Radka is the VP of Sales and oversees day-to-day sales for our Atlanta headquarter operations and is actively involved in the overall sales strategy and the hiring of key sales talent across all our operations.

    Tammy has extensive experience in the technology staffing and services industry. With a strong foundation in sales, recruiting, employee relations and operational best practices, Tammy is well qualified to lead Optomi's West Region in the role of Vice President. Tammy's philosophy is steeped in community based sales and recruiting. She is entrenched in the technology market and dedicated to leadership roles within local industry organizations. She currently holds the position as the Regional Alliance Chair for Women In Technology International (WITI) and is a founding member of this network in the Orange County, CA. She has also been deeply involved in the Southland Technology Conference (SoTeC) for the past five years, with the last three serving as the Alliance Partner Chair. Tammy is committed to excellence in her service to Optomi's west region clients.

    Amber Castleberry comes to Optomi with a strong background and successful track record in the staffing industry. She launched her career at Robert Half where she was a top performer and was promoted to the Division Director seat within the first year. She then took her career to the corporate side as Corporate Recruiter for Technisource. There, her talent for representing a company's culture and values were revealed.
    Amber's role at Optomi is diverse. As the Director of Corporate Relations, she oversees the recruitment of top talent for internal positions at Optomi and serves as the liason between Optomi executives and producers. In her variety of responsibilities, Amber embodies Optomi's culture as she interacts with external candidates and internal employees.

    Having worked in both operational and financial roles at multiple companies, Adam D'Eramo comes to Optomi with a wide range of experience in technology and professional services. Adam began his career in Public Accounting at Habif, Arogeti & Wynne. He then started a successful consulting practice specializing in fast growth and early stage companies. Prior to joining Optomi, Adam ran the day-to-day financial operations of Atlanta’s popular tech based company, Scoutmob.
    Adam’s experience adds strong financial leadership at Optomi and valuable insight into the workings of the IT recruiting business. In his role as Optomi's Director of Finance, Adam oversees strategic financial planning and is actively involved in overall operations.

    Anthony has over 14 years experience in the Technology Staffing and IT solutions industry. Throughout his career, Anthony has managed multiple offices in the DC, MD and DE region for one of the largest IT staffing firms in the US, sold managed services in the Northeast to fortune 500 companies and has worked on national sales accounts. His innovative approach, attention to detail, IT industry knowledge and ability to identify and implement operational best practices got him appointed to many enterprise level think tanks and corporate projects. On several occasions, he has been responsible for restructuring and aligning offices after mergers and acquisitions. In under a two year period, these offices each grew to over 10 million in revenue.
    Anthony is well connected in the Mid-atlantic region and is proud to be a participating member of many IT and business associations. He has spoken at many networking events and has been quoted in many regional publications and IT forums. Anthony's leadership, proven track record of success and drive to succeed will help Optomi to continue to thrive especially in the Northeast.
