Michael's international career in IT services, including leading one of the largest combined IT staffing and solutions firms in the US, has given him a unique perspective on how to differentiate in the marketplace. He is passionate about raising the bar in the services offered to both clients and consultants, driving technological and process innovation to achieve those goals.

Before launching Optomi, Michael led the growth of Technisource from a $150m mid-sized IT staffing company to one of the largest IT staffing and services firms in the US with revenues in excess of $550m. This included the successful integration of Technisource with Spherion Technology and the growth and expansion of a $150m IT solutions business with a broad range of infrastructure based services.

Prior to Technisource, Michael held various executive positions in the US and internationally with Spherion Technology including leading the UK operation, overseeing global practice strategy and managing their IT solutions business.

Before launching Optomi, LLC, Todd Black demonstrated his ability to be a successful leader and innovator in the IT staffing industry as an accomplished executive within the Technisource organization. Todd quickly made his mark in the company with his charismatic style and exceptional performance…eventually growing his area of responsibility to record profit levels. While developing innovative programs and instituting key initiatives, Todd was able to contribute significantly to what became one of the largest IT staffing firms in the industry…having been a strong producer since it's inception.

After starting in the industry as a Recruiter in 1994, Todd was promoted within one-year's time to a sales position where he was personally responsible for landing one of Technisource’s largest clients to date. As a Branch Manager, he led the most profitable branch in the company and as an Area Manager, he effectively expanded the company’s North American presence into Canada. Once promoted to Area Director, Todd continued to gain market share and under his leadership the entire region thrived. In his role as Senior Vice President, Todd led the largest region within the firm and facilitated the successful growth of over 25 branches and $300 million dollars+ of revenue. He led his team to achieve extraordinary accomplishments by expanding the client and consultant base to record levels. During his almost 18 year tenure at Technisource, Todd annually earned the highest level of recognition for his achievements. His ethics and strong personal values are instrumental to his success, both in and out of business.

Chuck Ruggiero comes from a rich background of building and developing a number of successful national & global enterprises. In addition to his passion for helping people see beyond their own potential, his experience brings a unique mix of technical, operational and business expertise which makes him a perfect fit for Optomi’s evolving footprint. Chuck’s role is to build new service offerings as well as innovate and improve existing lines of business to better serve clients.

Laura Chevalier comes to Optomi with a proven track record and a unique perspective on IT services, having worked with an expansive list of Fortune 500 clients serving a diverse spectrum of IT needs and solutions. Laura is responsible for building a world-class national accounts team to provide industry-leading service to Optomi’s clients.

Laura began her staffing career with Spherion. She joined as a Director of Strategic Accounts, where she successfully managed the strategic clients with corporate offices in Atlanta. Her client base, team and scope quickly expanded to include strategic accounts throughout the east coast. After Randstad acquired Spherion in 2011, she was promoted to Vice President of Enterprise Solutions. In this role, she lead a portfolio of client accounts with over $200+ million dollars of professional staffing spend.Throughout her career, Laura has continued to exceed expectations, drive sales growth and improve customer service.

Radka comes to Optomi with a wealth of sales and leadership experience in the IT staffing and services industry, both in the US and Europe. Coming from a background as a successful individual sales producer in the US, Radka was responsible for building and managing an IT staffing sales team for Interim Technology in London, before returning to the US to oversee the hiring and training of all sales nationally for Interim Technology. More recently, Radka ran her own firm focused on finding sales, recruiting and leadership talent for staffing firms. At Optomi, Radka is the VP of Sales and oversees day-to-day sales for our Atlanta headquarter operations and is actively involved in the overall sales strategy and the hiring of key sales talent across all our operations.

For almost two decades, Christen Black has been thinking creatively, acting strategically and articulating clearly all types of marketing messages to propel companies to succeed. Her memorable style permeates the graphics and narratives she creates. Her ability to build valuable brand connections with Optomi's clients and consultants has resulted in a Stevie® Award for the Best Website Welcome/Home page 2015. Christen is known for driving business growth through strong brand strategy, messaging and identity. She has worked with music labels, celebrity chefs, national retailers, clothing designers and entrepreneurs in a variety of industries. Christen heads up all branding, marketing and creative for Optomi.
