The Meridian Talent Development Program

The Meridian Program by OPS is an innovative, industry-disrupting, talent solution internship for students on STEM career paths. Meridian partners with accredited universities in rural America to identify, develop, and employ the best STEM graduates to work with real-life clients. By leveraging this proprietary training program, we are building the software development and cybersecurity talent of the future.


All Meridian Program participants receive 6-12 months of experience while training and shadowing real client projects. Hiring young talent in rural America not only provides the best client experience possible but also creates jobs that STAY in small towns and revitalize local economies. New interns provide modest but cost-free support while earning scholarships and building a pipeline of future client-knowledgeable developers. The average engineer bill rate decreases over time as the university graduates mature.
