Consultant Of The Quarter – Q2 2016

Congratulations Adam Papas – our Consultant of the Quarter for Q2 2016!

For those of you who may not know, our Consultant of the Quarter award is a great way for us to publicly recognize a current consultant who exemplifies our core values in their daily work.
In addition to this blog, Adam will also be featured in our company newsletter. Every Consultant of the Quarter recipient is awarded a $250 grant to the charity of their choice. Adam has chosen the “Dreams Come True” Organization in Jacksonville, FL and Optomi is honored to contribute to this organization in his name. Dreams Come True is the only locally based nonprofit dedicated to granting dreams for children with life-threatening illnesses. Dreams Come True has granted more than 3,000 dreams for children battling life-threatening illnesses in Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia.
Fun fact about Adam: He pole-vaulted and sprinted in college.
Here are more than a few reasons why Adam truly deserves this award!
He is Dedicated – Adam works 45-65 hours per week regularly for our client. He is committed to doing his very best each and every day in his work as a project manager for a strategically important Optomi client.

He is Innovative – Adam excels at overcoming obstacles through great communication. His skill here is that he can deliver bad or tough news in a manner that works well for engineers and executives alike. When there are incidents, he rallies his team to deal with the problems/issues at hand. He builds rapport by working in the trenches and having fun doing the difficult work ahead. He is able to break down complexity into things people can control.

He is Genuine – You will not find a more genuine and candid person than Adam. He has always been transparent about his positive and negative perspectives on Optomi and the client. Adam communicates well and often with his recruiter & the account executive.

He is Connected – Adam has made several referrals to Optomi including a few projects managers for his current client.

He is Unique – According to Adam, “every person that works at this organization is a differentiator. There is something that ‘smelts’ well with the team as a whole.” Adam is someone who stands on his own and he is not afraid to say what’s right, despite the consequences.

He is Passionate – Adam is an advocate for Optomi and our client, evangelizing for both to friends, former colleagues, and acquaintances.

He Gives Back – Adam has worked on a monthly basis with a local Jacksonville organization focused on alleviating homelessness, the Sulzbacher Center, and recently started support of the Blake Bortles Foundation.
