Consultant Of The Quarter – Q3 2014

Meet our Consultant of the Quarter… Shawn Henderson with AT&T.

Being Consultant-Centered means something quite significant at Optomi. It’s one of the things that sets us apart in the industry. It’s more than having a smooth on-boarding process or keeping all the ducks in a row, being Consultant-Centered ensures that Optomi maintains strong relationships by serving both the client and consultant with dedication. Each quarter, we honor one consultant for actively exhibiting our six core values… being connected, genuine, innovative, unique, dedicated and passionate. With this award, we recognize a consultant who has lived these as he exceeds on his project for AT&T.

“Shawn has taken a leading role in our project and displays, on a daily basis, tremendous technical competency, understanding of industry, strong mentoring/educating abilities, and a drive to see our group succeed. He consistently demonstrates the ability to think outside of the box (very important for an Innovation team), and has been extremely supportive in the design and redesign of our pending lab configuration, to help us remain within budget while still obtaining an environment that will support our multiple work scenarios,” commented David Keas, Shawn’s manager at AT&T.

Shawn was nominated by the team members in Optomi’s Dallas Branch. “Shawn Henderson, in many ways, has exceeded the challenging requirements and expectations in his position. Shawn’s dedication to AT&T, enthusiasm for the cloud innovation project and passion for his work make him highly deserving of this honor. Not only is Shawn our valued consultant, he is a true partner to the Optomi family! “

As Optomi’s Consultant of the Quarter, Shawn is awarded $250 for the charity of his choice. He selected the Doberman Rescue of North Texas (http://www.dobermanrescue.org), an organization dedicated to finding loving homes for abandoned Dobermans.

Todd Black, COO commented, “As a people-driven organization, our focus is on valuing our consultants. When they display the core principles that Optomi was built upon, they truly become an extension of our firm.”

Congratulations Shawn
