Congratulations Larry Scislowicz – Our Consultant of the Quarter for Q3 2017!

Our Consultant of the Quarter award is a great way for us to publicly recognize a current consultant who exemplifies our core values in their daily work.

Larry is an Infrastructure Project Manager working for our client in Hickory, NC. Since we have placed Larry almost a year ago, his performance has been nothing short of outstanding. Larry is genuine and is always going above and beyond for our team. Anytime we go onsite, he introduces us to any new team members, fills us in on any new projects, and shares every bit of knowledge that he thinks would be valuable to our team at Optomi!

He truly is Connected to Optomi and his team at the client site. He even took it upon himself to organize a monthly “Optomi Consultant Dinner.” Last month, six of our Optomi consultants gathered together to discuss the client’s project initiatives and share any travel war stories that they have experienced.

In addition to this blog, Larry will be featured in our company newsletter. He will also be thanked by dinner with his recruiter Lydia, his hiring manager, and our co-founder Todd Black! Every Consultant of the Quarter recipient is awarded a $250 grant to the charity of their choice. Larry chose the Shriners Hospital for Children.Their mission is to provide the highest quality care to children with special healthcare needs within a compassionate, family-centered and collaborative environment.

Fun fact about Larry: My first day at the client, I unloaded and sorted over 150 project shirts (by size) in the parking lot, out of the back-end of an SUV. I figured from that point forward anything else had to be a move up!

Larry has created an Optomi family and we are very proud to have him as a representation of our team!
