Congratulations Fred Teumer – Our Consultant of the Quarter for Q4 2017!

The Consultant of the Quarter award is our way of publicly recognizing a current consultant who exemplifies our core values in their daily work. The following are just a few reasons why Fred truly deserves this award.

“Fred is extremely dedicated to making a daily impact on the team. He is passionate about his role as a Product Owner and leading by example. He is one of the most genuine people I know, and I am grateful we have the opportunity to partner with him! The first time I met Fred, was when I was walking him in for his interview at our client’s site. While probing (as usual), he enlightened me that he had just found out his wife is pregnant and that they were telling their parents this weekend. We immediately hit it off, and truly consider Fred a friend of ours.” – Meghan Robinson

In addition to this blog, Fred will be featured in our company newsletter. He will also be thanked by our co-founder Todd Black and be treated to dinner with Meghan. Every Consultant of the Quarter recipient is awarded a $250 grant to the charity of their choice. Fred chose the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, which is a Christian non-profit organization that exists to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ and equip others to do the same. We are very proud to have Fred as a representation of Optomi!
