With every consultant we place, we make a donation to provide a weekend’s worth of meals for a food-insecure child. In addition to our commitment to fight childhood hunger, our team volunteers in the community regularly to various charitable organizations. We invite our consultants to join us in giving back.

CONSULTANT OF THE QUARTER

Because we value our consultants, it’s important that we recognize them for all the ways they go above and beyond in their workplaces. We appreciate those who share the same values as we do and so we honor our dedicated and genuine consultants each quarter with a $250 award donation to the charity of their choice.

REFERRAL

Optomi consultants are encouraged to evaluate their professional and personal networks and refer great talent to any of Optomi’s open positions, or to your favorite recruiter. If your referral is hired, Optomi will pay you $500.00 after the referred employee has completed 60 days on the project!
