Optomi Detroit Gives Back to The Children’s Center on the 9th Annual Opt2give Day

On Friday, November 5th, Optomi celebrated its 9th annual Op2tgive Day, the Founder’s Day of Optomi. A day dedicated to impacting local communities.

After packing 100 entertainment bags (in partnership with The TGB Foundation) for hospitalized children at C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital, the team headed over to The Children’s Center, an organization with a mission to help children and families shape their own futures. The team made tie blankets, sorted clothing, wrote birthday cards and more!

This entire day was devoted to giving back, an ideal our late founder, Todd Black, instilled in the culture of Optomi. He is the inspiration behind the TGB Foundation, an impact-driven nonprofit providing opportunity for kids to live their best lives. Todd always preached that small things make the biggest impact, and there’s no doubt our Opt2give day efforts have made a difference in the lives of many.
