Responsibilities:
- Participate in an informative 3-month training program with experienced
- Recruiters and Account Executives to boost your career in IT recruiting
- Work closely with a Team Lead to perfect your skills in sourcing, interviewing and submitting candidates
- Become a Subject Matter Expert in specific skillsets to differentiate yourself from other recruiters in the industry and provide the value of working with Optomi

- 0-1 years of professional experience – Training provided!
